Anyone who knows how to use machinery can drill cores. We also use the core method when chipping is not possible, such as for anchor work, earthquake-proofing work, drilling through pipes, penetrating air conditioning pipes, cutting deck plates, and demolishing concrete.
This is a technique that has been handed down for half a century from our predecessors. When it is not possible to investigate the inside of the concrete or cut buried objects, we have drills up to 600Φ. We can also drill holes of larger sizes. Please feel free to contact us.

Burster method
A static crushing method that can crush and demolish concrete structures without dust, vibration, or noise.
Holes are drilled at regular intervals into the structure to be crushed, and hydraulic cylinder heads are inserted and pressurized. Each head exerts a crushing force of 250 tons, crushing any cracked concrete. In the case of reinforced concrete, the remaining rebar can be easily penetrated by the gas nozzle, so gas cutting is easy. It is also possible to cut rebar without producing sparks.

Wallsaw method
Low noise, low vibration and no dust generation
The saw cuts as it moves along the rails. It is equipped with a powerful high-frequency electric motor. It can make large openings in sturdy reinforced concrete walls with a cutting depth of up to 730 mm from one side.
Typical applications for wall saws are cutting openings for doors and windows, demolishing walls, concrete beams and stairs (indoors and outdoors).

Next, the cutter is inserted using the wall saw method.
Although some slag will be produced, no dust or exhaust fumes will be emitted.
Take great care to avoid generating dust.
Wiresaw method
Set up the machine and cut with wire.
Dry cutting is recommended. Diamond wire saws are developed to cut concrete and metal structures with difficult shapes and dimensions or in difficult locations. The wire saw's flexible modular setup and large wire magazine mean there are virtually no limitations on the cutting depth or shape when cutting.
Typical applications include cutting large pipes, demolishing concrete columns and foundations, deep cuts in tight spaces, and tasks requiring dry cutting. There are also specialized applications where wire saw cutting is suitable, such as dismantling large vehicles and cutting underwater.

Water jet method
The concrete is chipped away using water pressure. This is dangerous work. It is necessary to hold a thorough meeting, including water treatment. We can also remove exterior wall materials containing asbestos.
Chisel method
This is an essential method for new construction and renovation work on concrete structures. We have air purifiers to prevent dust.
If you install one near the chipper, the air will pass through the HEPA filter and you will be able to work in clean air. This is extremely useful for renovation work.
